Perhaps my comments aren't needed at this point, since you've already found a solution that suits youeself. hence this comment, and your own workaroud? I get the impression that maybe you didn't find them, and thus you never had the chance to try out the ideas?. It was a lot easier in Sib 6 to find the menus which both Laurence, and Mike, refer to. Both of these suggestions are rather general and vague.
